I'm Dr Rachel Lee, a consultant clinical psychologist with a passion for empowering women to be bolder and more courageoous. I will be hosting this event in collaboration with my wonderful friend Helen Perkins. Helen has over 20 years of facilitating networks and events and is a coach and mentor. We are both passionate about creating spaces to support valuable connections and collaborations.

We know that a lot of people find traditional networking meetings daunting or uncomfortable - the mingling, the loud or visually over-stimulating spaces, breaking into conversations, the small talk. Other people love the buzz of a busy space and moving from person to person, but may come away wishing they'd had time for a deeper conversation. We all benefit from different networking opportunities.

The Bold Connections Lunch has been designed to create an intimate space where women entrepreneurs and leaders can come together, share experiences and ideas and form meaningful connections.

We would love you to join us for an informal and inspiring three-course lunch. This will be a welcoming event in the private dining room at Restaurant Bar and Grill in Leeds. There are 12 spaces in total and we expect this event to sell out.

We will be asking everyone to move seats after each course, so that you can have different conversations across the meal. I will also be inviting everyone who attends to join my online Bold Connections Community, where I will share insights, psychological strategies, bold challenges and where you can continue to network.
