Imagine spending a day with your colleagues

in this beautiful setting.

Taking time out from your business to pause, reflect, have a delicious lunch together and enjoy the space.

For Psychologists in Private Practice

You give so much to your clients and your work.
This day is just for you.

You hold space for your clients as they work through and process distressing experiences. You listen, attune and co-regulate. But when did you last have a day that was genuinely spacious and just for you?

Room to Roam is a carefully curated retreat day for psychologists with space to pause and reflect, nourishing food, time outdoors among inspiring sculptures, a creative and sensory activity, and the kind of restorative connection with colleagues that sustains us in this complex and demanding work. There may also be some gentle EMDR techniques (resourcing and future template) to help you find and use the wisdom within you.

This retreat has been designed to give you space to rest, breathe and reconnect with yourself and your colleagues, so that you can recharge and also think about what you need as you move through the rest of 2026.
