Even the most successful, capable and driven women can experience a dip in confidence when they take on, or think about taking on, bold new challenges.

Greater visibility and higher stakes can trigger fear, self-doubt, and imposter syndrome, which are natural and protective responses. These responses can understandably lead us to hold back, but that feels frustrating, stops us reaching our goals and doesn't lead to a fulfilling life.

I'm a consultant clinical psychologist and I work with professional women to help them move through self-doubt and imposter syndrome and be more courageous in their business or team. I've recorded a free, 5-part audio programme called From Holding Back to Taking Action specifically for successful female founders and leaders. It's designed to help you start to understand how, why and where you hold yourself back and get the psychological insights and tools you need to connect with and embody your most courageous self and start taking action.

From Holding Back to Taking Action

This challenge includes a series of five private podcast episodes, hosted by me, Dr Rachel Lee, Consultant Clinical Psychologist. They build on each other and are designed to be listened to over five days, although you can space them out if you prefer.

I wanted this series to feel different to the You Tube videos or Instagram tips you've already got access to. I've recorded it as a more intimate, gentle and curious conversation with you, the listener. It's full of reflective questions to that you can pause and think about things from a different angle. I've also inclueded my favourite psychological insights and strategies and some stories from my own life.

This programme is designed to help you to move past overthinking and hesitation, make values-driven decisions, find your boldest self and take courageous (or bold!) actions, so that you can move towards your goals and create the opportunities you long for.
