I've been helping people develop their psychological flexibility, change their mindsets, and achieve their goals for over 20 years. My therapy and coaching clients include both founders and senior leaders, so I understand the common challenges involved in these roles. During my career, I've noticed that many brilliant women are held back from reaching their true potential by unhelpful thinking patterns and mindsets. This programme is designed to fit into the lives of busy women. The masterclasses are on-demand so you can watch when it suits you. There are options of coaching group times so you can find the one that suits you best (Mon -Thurs daytime). In the getting started session we will discuss simple ways to make space in your diary.
Rachel is bringing 20 + years of clinical experience plus her own experiences of being a female founder and senior leader. Focusing on developing an explorer mindset will lay strong foundations on which you can use your skills. Applying strategies without the right mindset is like driving a car with a misty windscreen. You can move forwards but not very quickly and you can't cope with obstacles and unexpected challenges very well.
There will be recordings of all the sessions within the portal. You can catch up at your leisure. You will have access for 1 year.
We know that over 90% of women c-suite executives have been athletes. We also know that elite athletes give mindset training a lot of attention.
